Welcome to the Song Ranking App!

Here’s how to create and share your perfect list:

Selecting a Band

• Use the dropdown menu in the header to switch between different bands.

Sorting Songs

• Drag & Drop: On a desktop, simply click and hold any song tile to drag it to a new position.
• Click to Move: On any device, click a song tile to open a dialog. Enter the desired rank number to move it instantly. This is great for mobile!
• Click the blue play button on any song to listen to it on YouTube.
• Check out the Album Rankings to see how each album ranks for each band.

Saving & Sharing

• Click the "Save / Share" button. This updates the URL with your list order.
• You can Bookmark the Link or Copy the Text List from that menu.
• The link is a tiny URL that is compressed. It saves all of the rankings for all bands with one URL. Make sure to click the save button every time you make changes to your list because a new URL will need to be created. Then bookmark it or share it.
• You could also just save the url, but you need to remember to click the Save / Share button prior to copying it any time you make an edit.
